      Pros

      Diverse, great leadership, and structure. Great place for new nurses to develop great bedside manners and skills. Also, a great place to learn proper expectations of healthcare.

      Cons

      Rewards are more geared to nurses and not to the support staff.

      Pros

      I am two months from my 10 year Anniversary. I remain grateful to work in a hospital and system that values employees and has been working to increase the number and visibility of APPs. It's been a great experience to work with my colleagues and serve our patients with a supportive Administration.

      Cons

      Like all health systems there are stressors including reimbursement changes but MLHS is working on a ten year plan to address growth and revenue and have been transparent about the issues facing health care.
