      Pros

      Mainline Health is very patient centered. As a person who's been a patient before becoming an employee I can say the are very attentive to their patients needs

      They tend to hire friends and family which can cause conflict

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, Autonomy, Educational opportunities. Money is good. Pension. Variety of health benefit options. Decent amount of PTO.

      Cons

      Isolating and lonely work. Long hours on the road. Long hours at home after visits are done (the amount of charting is ridiculous). Read-only access to EPIC and can't send messages to providers. Working with two EMR systems that don't "talk" to each other (EPIC and HCHB) which adds unnecessary time to your day. Terrible work-life balance. Time off isn't really time off because you have to call your clients the day before to schedule visits. Your Sunday night is never your own.... Always a lot of turnover.

      Pros

      The People! I work with many different people from different teams/departments and everyone has always been super collaborative and kind! When you spend a huge chunk of your life working - the people you come into contact really make the difference and I love coming to work everyday and working with my team!
