      Pros

      The pension is the main reason to work here, but you need to last 5 years to be vested....

      Cons

      I worked as part of the Employee Experience - a fancy made up name for a Human Resources Call Center. On the phone non-stop trying to help people understand a poorly run and poorly organized Human Resources function. They are putting a lot of money into HR, with new Vice Presidents and Directors and Managers all over the place - I can't imagine how much it is costing - but what are they getting? As someone who was on the front lines of that Employee Experience they tout, I can tell you the employees at MLH are not happy.

      Pros

      I love my job! The HR/Recruitment team is outstanding, the leadership is approachable, and I enjoy the autonomy I have in my role. They actively encourage feedback, offer ample development opportunities, and provide flexible work hours. I couldn't be happier here!

      Cons

      There is really not much at all- I feel heard, engaged, and excited. Thank you!
