      Competitive pay, supportive staff on the floor with you, as well as management and admin, good communication, multiple locations, tuition reimbursement, career growth (certifications, clinical ladder), PPO benefits with low copays in-network

      only 6wk paid maternity leave, PTO/sick leave from the same "bank",

      - valuable experiences - working with diverse patient/employee population - my team is family oriented - growth for advancement - hybrid

      Cons

      I understand it's cons at every job, but I cannot find one con. I am fortunate enough to have an awesome manager who would allow me to change anything if I felt like it was broken because the ultimate goal is to help patients.
