      Pros

      The pay is great, people are kind. Remote as well.

      Cons

      1)communication about start date and training is inconsistent 2) training is not well organized. You are given different and conflicting info and what you are told you can do, you are not supposed to do.

      Supportive culture Kind people - I have never worked in a place with such considerate coworkers. There is a real sense of everyone working toward a goal together. Excellent work-life balance
