      Pros

      I get the best of both worlds in my job. Helping people find jobs at a place they love while being able to help a company I am passionate about. All while doing this with flexibility to care for myself and family. The respect I am given from the top down is bar none!

      Cons

      Nothing that comes to mind is a con.

      Pros

      The flexibility and work/life balance is amazing. Benefits are good and company still offers a Pension plan. Management is good about listening to new ideas and helping you grow in your career. Team culture is great, you get to work with some of the best teammates! Overall, very happy with working at Main Line Health!

      Cons

      The expectations and workload can be a lot at times. Have to be involved in a lot of project work outside of the day to day recruitment.

      -Lateral growth gives opportunity to learn departments you may not be familiar with -Financial transparency and vision of the future -Really get to work with some wonderful down to earth leaders

      -Not the easiest to find specialty doctors in network
