Pros
I was so impressed from the interview scheduling platform to the new hire orientation and more! Everyone was so friendly and willing to help. They understand work/life balance and value our families. I was so impressed with the amount of vacation that a new hire earns! Main Line Health's new Wellness Portal is very impressive and makes it so easy to keep track of my health. With the team challenges, it keeps me accountable and gets me moving!
Cons
The only thing that could have been better is the onboarding physical scheduling availability. There were zero evening or weekend hours available to choose from, which would have helped with still working my other job.
