      Still has pension available for employees

      Cons

      Recently MLH implemented an electronic HR system which employees struggle with. Feedback from staff is that the company has become extremely impersonal and cares more about profile than the employees which are on the frontline.

      Micromanagers, poor communication from supervisors/management, and incompetence seems to run rampant

      Middle management has issues

      Excellent pay. Great Benefits. Plenty of PTO. Top administration is strong.

      Cons

      Lower level management is often disconnected/unqualified and makes irrational decisions. When asked, they can't explain their decisions.
