      Benefits are wonderful, HR is supportive and educational, Mission Vision and Values are aligned with my own as well as educational push and abilities to move up within the system.

      Concerns which have been presented with minimal changes to support with alignment of values as well as follow through with projects.

      Pros

      Main Line Health has been transparent and very supportive. The culture here is great. I feel like I am important and part of a team.

      Cons

      The constant changes to HR requirements for managers and staff are distracting and considered unimportant to the staff. HR staff are not supportive in that they don't return emails/calls in a timely manner.
