      I haven't really seen any. staffing can be a little rough, but every hospital is going through this at the current time.

      Pros

      Great staffing, easy scheduling and the time off is great! I worked at other health systems, but i plan on retiring here. Did i mention I have a pension and its looking to be pretty nice!

      Cons

      Some days you feel more like a hospitality worker than a nurse, but then again i've felt that at other health systems.

      Pros

      There is a great work life balance here, never a hassle getting time off approved. Management is present and supportive which is great so you're never left to solve problems on your own and you also have a great support system within your team. Friendly staff!

      Cons

      Honestly, I would say because of how expensive things have become higher starting pay could be offered.
