      I love the people I work with. They are always willing to teach me something new or help me if I am struggling but are also very encouraging and make work go by fast.

      Pros

      Job security. Enough work to satisfy the amount of staffing. Some really great staff.

      Cons

      Changes are not made unless a patient or staff member gets hurt. Bad employees are tolerated and accommodated. Management is hands off and doesn’t take initiative to resolve issues before they become a problem. Every day is a new dumpster fire.
