      Pros

      Patient acuity is lower when compared to other facilities . Solid nursing and MHT staff. Reasonable benefits.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Poor communication Staffing and admission process is a mess. Recent staff cuts. No support from upper management. Unit staff has no influences or say in process changes. Changes come from upper leadership or outside company that doesnt understand behavioral health or understand how the unit operates.
