We’re glad to hear that you’ve experienced flexibility in your shifts, support from management, and consistent access to resources—along with a positive experience around PTO approvals and prioritization of breaks. Supporting a healthy work-life balance and ensuring staff well-being are key priorities for us. We also appreciate your honest input regarding the number of new graduate nurses and the structure of our annual raises. We recognize the importance of experience on the floor and are actively working to strengthen our mentorship and onboarding programs to support newer staff while maintaining high standards of care.
