      Pros

      - Wonderful location (Bryn Mawr Rehab looks like country club, not hospital) - Unique treatment opportunities as therapist using outdoor locations, green house, pool, and/or extensive technology interventions (body weight support systems, exoskeletons, functional estim, etc) - Collaborative health care team - therapists/nurses/physicians work together for patient success

      Cons

      - If on healthcare benefits but live out of area, it can be a challenge to get best prices for care as most Tier 1 facilities are local to the hospitals.

      Pros

      - Fantastic coworkers with a strong sense of teamwork. I would not have stayed in my current unit throughout the pandemic if it weren't for my coworkers. - Plentiful resources to provide the highest quality of care for our patients - Commitment to growth as a hospital and organization

      Cons

      - We accrue more vacation time than we could possibly take and senior management has discontinued the payout option for basic leave time at the end of the year, so all vacation time over the limit is lost. - As an organization, we have lost a lot of money throughout the pandemic, so senior management is constantly looking for ways to cut costs, which has resulted in tighter staffing ratios, less opportunities for OT, and lower bonuses.
