      Main Line Health continually develops its employees by offering educational courses, tuition reimbursement and computer-based training. The benefits are excellent, community feel, I would highly recommend.

      Main Line Health has a work environment that employees feel part of a family and we care for our patients as if they are our family. Our therapy staff are dedicated to quality, evidence-based care provided with compassion and integrity. Our leadership teams and Board members strive to provide us the tools we need to perform our job at the top of our licenses. MLH is committed to the communities we serve and to our employees to foster an environment of diversity, respect, equity, and inclusion.

      Cons

      The challenges to the nation-wide health care community related to access to care and staffing affect MLH as well. MLH is transparent in our solutions and plan to rise above these challenges.
