      Pros

      Highly engaged staff works together to truly make a difference in the lives of our patients. The large clinical staff have a variety of experiences and are eager to assist newer staff to develop their own advanced skills. MLH also offers numerous in-services and continuing education.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to get time off in the summer and around the holidays although every effort is made to be equitable to all staff.

MLH provides opportunities for research and career progression through clinical ladder and shared governance platforms.

      Many levels of management can make change difficult.
