      Pros

      Main line health is a good spot to work. They really care about their employees and hold regular meetings and ask for employee feedback and allow employees to ask questions. Great benefits including very good medical dental vision and many other less common benefits including a pension! Pensions are unheard of these days. Pay and benefits are competitive and they perform market assessments.

      Cons

      Things can move slow at times and can be meeting heavy at times, could partially be due to the hybrid work environment.

      As a new member of the team, I have felt supported from my first day up until this point. Everyone wants you to succeed, which means anyone is willing to help out in any way they can. There are several opportunities to not only show your skills but to also improve and grow in the field that you are passionate about!
