      Top notch communication through many avenues to ensure each employee is reached. Many programs that continue to evolve to support employees in their want/need to grow within the health system.

      I've been with MLH for 11 years and have been able to grow within my department from a staff role. Consistent opportunities for learning whether clinically or organizationally. Large organization that encourages growth throughout the system. Good overall compensation package.

      Cons

      Occasional challenges with using time off around the summertime and holiday seasons if working in a larger department.
