      Pros

      Main Line Health is committed to taking care of its employees and patients. I was impressed how the organization took care of its employees during covid. Patient safety, safe, quality, affordable and equitable care is a focus that is highlighted at all levels. Leaders are visible and always willing to listen to employees' voice. There are platforms to communicate important updates and staff have ample opportunities to voice their concerns.

      I have none to list at this point. Happy with my choice.

      Pros

      Main Line Health has a strong network of interdisciplinary leaders that are down-to-earth and care about their employees but are also extremely competent and forward thinking to keep excellence and innovation as top priorities in both patient care and staff support initiatives. I feel very valued as an employee and see Main Line Health as my work home where I hope to stay until I retire!

      I have worked in a variety of health systems, and I see Main Line Health excel in so many ways that I do not have anything negative to report.
