Pros
I feel lucky to have begun my career in Human Resources at Main Line Health. Main Line Health also provided me with an internship opportunity when I was a college student and my experience as an intern inspired me to want to return to Main Line Health upon graduation. Main Line Health set the standard for the kind of organization I want to be an integral part of. I am a bit newer in my career, so learning and development is particularly important to me. I feel so grateful to have colleagues as well as a Sr. Leadership Team who take the time and patience to mentor and develop their employees. I look up to so many of my Teammates and I'm very appreciative of the fact that you can continue to learn and grow day by day. Additionally, I believe that Main Line Health's culture is very special and I feel like I'm a part of something greater, beyond just my role and specific department. Whether your role is clinical or non-clinical, whether you work at one of the hospitals/practices or corporate offices, Main Line Health employees really do come together as one to provide the best and safest patient care and experience. I am so proud to work for Main Line Health and have Jack Lynch as our Leader and friend!
Cons
As an employee at one of the corporate offices, I am someone who thrives and works best by physically being in the office and interacting with my colleagues. As a result of the pandemic, some employees are continuing to work remotely/hybrid. I am continuing to get comfortable with virtual meetings and trainings.
