      Fast-paced environment with room for growth, but poor management support

      Pros

      Coworkers were friendly and supportive. Gained strong front-desk and patient service experience. Good exposure to healthcare systems and insurance processes. Learned to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Some supervisors genuinely cared about staff well-being.

      Cons

      High turnover rate and constant short staffing. Management communication was often poor and unclear. Lack of proper training and support for new hires. Heavy workload with limited recognition or advancement. Scheduling was inconsistent and stressful at times.
