      Pros

      Great pay, decent benefits. There are some very talented and devoted clinicians at MLH. MLH is also a very culturally sensitive health network, which I appreciate .

      Cons

      Management is incommunicado. I don’t even know to whom I report! Many employees have never worked elsewhere and don’t have a concept that the place is behind the times.

      Does not have processes in place for new people starting, no documentation for them to follow. Team does not like helping out each other Frat boy culture within the IT team is prevalent Toxic environment overall
