      Pros

      Very supportive managers. Principal Investigators at site supportive and most realize your worth. Never a dull day. Lots of pt contact, lots of cases, and a lot of fun meeting a ton of people from on-site and at Sponsor level. Great place to network. Research Cheifs and Leadership willing to make changes and evolve to succeed.

      Cons

      Working with CV Imaging. They over schedule standard Echoes and it's almost impossible to get subjects screening Echoes completed. Amount of responsibilities. Acting as the linchpin and coordinating visits, follow ups, grabbing data on the fly, 10 hour days to meet deadlines and more is incredibly stressful for the amount of pay. Has negatively affected my work life balance.
