      Get to work on many different departments in all four MLH hospitals, experience what it's like to have a full patient load, hone basic nursing skills, make your own schedule

      Cons

      Three-day orientation, may not be sent to the hospital you chose when you selected your shift (last-minute changes common), no guarantee of where staffing will place you for your shift, program ended despite advent of Delta variant
