      Pros

      Overall it was not a horrible place to work. I think the nursing staff was friendly. The often accept overtime opportunities as well.

      Cons

      They don't care about PCTs one bit. They also handled COVID very poorly. I was placed on a new unit every four hours, never knowing where I had to go next.

      Pros

      It is a beautiful facility with lots of resources, and good benefits. Constantly upgrading and building.

      Cons

      Claim to be diverse and have supporting classes to teach the staff about diversity and inclusion but leadership not staff actually practice the principals taught in the class. Behavior towards African American woman in particular is visibly different than their Caucasian counterparts but never addressed.
