      Pros

      The staff are great people but are really just oppressed by management and are too afraid to leave. The patients and the doctors are very nice. The building is very pretty.

      Cons

      Terrible management who only promote their friends and friends of friends. Community hospital mentality from the 1970's. Unable to keep up with the emerging healthcare needs of the area. Constantly congratulating themselves for how wonderful they are. All the managers drink the Koolaid, its like Stepfordville. If you have a brain they will hate you.

      Cardiovascular services is run by an amazing manager who listens and takes care of her employees. It truly is a "team".

      Cons

      Upper management can be a bit out of touch in prioritizing how to spend funds. They often leap before they look.
