      - Medical Benefits are decent - Typically pays more for an equivalent position at another healthcare institution nearby - $6,000 Tuition reimbursement

      Cons

      - Only 14 days PTO and no option to take necessary days off if you do not have PTO days in your bank. - Your manager will make your time here really good or really bad. - Very small pay increases - Almost always understaffed - You have to know someone to get hired and even for internal transfers.
