      -Mostly positive work place/friendly coworkers! - During the first round of lockdown they paid people full time pay while they were on furlough - Free Parking - Relatively easy commute to work

      Cons

      - Managers have poor communication skills with staff - There’s no clear policies in place in my current office of what to do in certain situations - Lack of process improvement - People are afraid of change and won’t use the electronic medical record properly -Manager not open to ideas from staff about ways to improve the clinic
