      Pros

      People, mission, values and excellent care that is provided to patients. I am a long term employee (23 years), who has had 4 different jobs in my career. I've been able to self-develop, network and a balance my personal and professional life over my career. The benefits package at MLH allowed me to go back to school, obtain certification, have a baby, return to work and support the needs of my family.

      Cons

      Slow to change. You must pack your patience as decisions to make changes can take a long time to implement.

      Pros

      Lankenau is really good for teaching new techs the ins and outs of sterile processing . I really learned a lot and I was happy to gain all the knowledge I did working there!

      Pay was not the greatest, and the chain of command needs some improvement
