      They have Good benefits for the most part

      Cons

      Management does not back you up for anything. Too many meetings. No opportunity for growth. Treated like kids in the office. We are adults. So one that micromanages needs to relax a bit and support the employees in the office.

      Pros

      Benefits, coworkers look out for each other since management doesn’t, learning experience, grandfathered in for vacation time, still offers pensions

      Cons

      Poor pay, too much focus on status of company rather than employees, no advancement opportunities, rigid evaluations that management controls to keep pay down rather than rate on employees actual work

      Located in Western Phila suburbs.

      Cons

      Very inbred culture, with little diversity - maybe due to no influx of employees. MLH is one of the lowest paying healthcare systems, even accounting for the fact that employees don't have to pay the Phila. wage tax. Measly employer match on 403(b), too. System needs to do overall market salary surveys, in order to attract outside talent. . Much better workplace when we were part of Jefferson Health System.
