      pension, great co workers, good benefits

      Cons

      no flexibility; they force you to use your vacation time when work slow downs occur, but then deny you time off and write you up for calling out sick

      Pros

      They stand behind their employees and work hard to follow best practices. The pay is some of the best in the area.

      Cons

      We don't always have everything we need to do our jobs and while we are told management wants feed back sometimes when it is given the employee is sanctioned informally.
