      Pros

      Good organization with good ideas to support the community.

      Cons

      -Too much favoritism in promotions in Nonclinical departments - Zero career growth - Management shows no interest in your career advancement and sometimes insults when you ask for promotion - There is no check on the way manager and director level folks treat and respond to their staff - its almost like high schoolbwith groups and favorites - it's disappointing that staff has to give good gifts to their boss during holidays if they want to be in good books

      Pros

      You get your foot in the door with the hospital and from what I hear there is a lot of room for growth with paid training. Staff is friendly for the most part and managers are pretty laid back once all of your work is done and accounted for.

      Cons

      Some shifts are very short and if you don't live nearby you won't really get too much of a benefit from it, however there are always shifts to pick up to make more money and work longer hours.
