      I work no evenings or weekends. I have never worked for a better manager; she treats her team with respect and earns it in return!

      Cons

      Our department is expanding so managing growing pains is the only con. What a wonderful problem! I've worked in other departments but this is the best. I would like to earn a better income in this capacity.
