      Benefits are great, employees are wonderful

      Cons

      Middle management has favorites. They seem to pick and choice who is on the chopping block. They disregard the thoughts of certain of employees. They see want they want to see and close their eyes on things they don't want to see. If sr management looks at the turn over on certain units they should know something is wrong.
