      Great benefit packages and employee discounts Tuition Reimbursement Flexible hours offered during summer months On site parking / Shuttle Bus for off site parking

      Management is completely unorganized Extremely tense and prejudice environment Growth is extremely limited especially for minorities No proper training even upon request FMLA eligible employees are harassed by management

      There are not any pros related to this awful hospital.

      Cons

      Organization is extremely short staffed. They have no concern for patient safety and management retaliates when complaints are brought to their attention. Management lacks professionalism and flexibility. There is a ton of back biting and bullying. Nurse managers are non supportive and racism runs rapid from the top down.

      My boss was very supportive, good benefits and healthcare. I worked there 11 years before returning to graduate school full time.

      Cons

      I ran nonstop on the floors. A lot of emergencies. Short personnel.
