Somewhat decent pay management doesn't care so you can do whatever you want no one pays attention so you'll likely get away with it since the managers aren't confrontational and horrible at confronting people and addressing problems. They want to be everyone's friend so they'll sweep it under the rug and throw on a mask to hide the problems
