      From day one, the team culture has been incredibly strong and welcoming. The HR and Talent Acquisition team is highly supportive, fostering both professional growth and work-life balance. My manager provides great support while allowing me the flexibility to manage my own time effectively.

      Some of the technology and systems could be more modern and efficient, which would help streamline processes and improve overall workflow.

      My coworkers! They are so welcoming, helpful and want to make a difference in the work they do. MLH treats their employees with respect and listens to their concerns/suggestions. Great place to grow within an organization.
