Main line health is a good spot to work. They really care about their employees and hold regular meetings and ask for employee feedback and allow employees to ask questions. Great benefits including very good medical dental vision and many other less common benefits including a pension! Pensions are unheard of these days. Pay and benefits are competitive and they perform market assessments.

I've been with MLH for 11 years and have been able to grow within my department from a staff role. Consistent opportunities for learning whether clinically or organizationally. Large organization that encourages growth throughout the system. Good overall compensation package.
