      great nurse externship program. wonderful nurses who are willing to mentor and teach you every change they get. Great place to work

      The pros that I have endured would be continuity of care. I have worked with the same people for over ten years. I have the opportunity to speak with families and friends of my patients. Also, I had the ability to see them at their worst and transform to their healthiest state before leaving

      I have a newly obtained Associate degree in nursing, however there are no open positions for me on my unit
