Pros

Main Line Health has a positive work environment. Everyone makes an impact on providing superior patient care whether your position is clinical or non-clinical. MLH strives for a positive employee experience and employees are seen and heard. Pay is competitive and the benefits are phenomenal including up to $6000 a year in tuition reimbursement, matching 403b and a Pension plan!

Cons

Most meetings are still virtual.

Pros

MLH is an amazing place to work. They really know how to take care of their employees. Great benefits and compensation for every employee. I feel very supported in everything I do. Everyone takes the time to help you become more successful in your role. There are also a lot of great incentives while working for MLH, tuition, pension, 403b just to name a few.

Cons

A lot of meetings are still virtual, so you don't get to interact with coworkers from other locations. Hopefully we can return to in-person meetings if the safety of everyone allows.

New Behavioral Health units look nice

Cons

New Behavioral Health units have electricity and sewage/plumbing problems daily Management is awful Pay is mediocre--get to do RN and Tech job Benefits are expensive Short staffed RNs every shift and never any techs for the floor
