      Great learning experience, but difficult to grow within the company.

      Pros

      It's a great learning experience and the facility is beautiful. The support staff/volunteers are very nice and you can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do.

      Cons

      The therapy staff is very cliquey and treats their aides like glorified personal servants. They expect the aides to go above and beyond the call of duty (such as making bivavlves on their lunch breaks) for minimal pay. I finished my degree and applied for multiple positions within mainline health and was turned down by all of them despite my multiple years within the company as well as positive reviews from management and my peers.

      Pros

      Great people in the department. Hours were reasonable. There was always work to be done especially with records going electronic.

      Cons

      No room for growth unless you have your certification. Too much work for one person to manage release, phone calls, and fax requests
