      Pros

      I really like working at Riddle. Everyone seems to get along with each other and really cares for the patients. I’ve gotten a raise for the past few years after Covid (didn’t get a raise during covid) and we got a cost of living adjustment a few years ago. Parking is free for staff. Benefits aren’t bad.

      Cons

      Even though we have been getting raises they have been less and less the past few years.

      Pros

      Started about a month ago. So far, I really enjoy the atmosphere. The level of support from my direct manager is unmatched. The leadership team seems to be very strong and available when needed. The benefits are also great. I like the convenience of having free parking. There seems to be so much growth within MLH and that I can eventually move up. I am very happy with making the decision to work for MLH. Work life balance is great.

      Great place to work!

      Pros

      MLH is an amazing place to work, I feel supported everyday. My team/dept/manager all support me and provide opportunities for growth. I am proud to tell others I work with MLH and it truly is the best place to work.

      Cons

      workload can be high but I feel comfortable asking my manager for help when I need, and the help is always there.
