Great co-workers and benefits, horrible management

Good pay and benefits. Really enjoyed the people I worked with, but management was sub-par in multiple departments I worked in.
Cons
Management in multiple departments do not take into consideration employee feedback despite the company's policy to "speak up". I was harrassed by a new employee on my unit, told my manager, and they dismissed it. Fast forward, multiple employees reported harassing behavior and said employee was still on the staff. About a year later, after I transferred out of that department, said employee had to be escorted off the premises by HR, the manager, and security due to hostile behavior towards management. It was disheartening that my words were not taken seriously to begin with and management had to witness it first hand to believe it.
