      Great Starter Health System to work for.

      Pros

      Great Health System for people early in their healthcare careers. Will help build a skill set needed for a career in healthcare. Executive management seems great! Decent benefits

      Cons

      Experienced managers/professionals need not apply. Compared to other health systems in the area the pay is not up to par. Some of the org structures dont make a lot of sense in the practices.

      Cons

      no one in health care is payed enough, but especially the entry level jobs. The only way to go up to make more money is to go back to school.

      No money so every lab is understaffed and you'll be overworked, unappreciated and underpaid
