      Quality benefits that you would expect from an organization such as this

      Noncompetitive wages for per-deim nurses who are excluded from bonuses despite a short-staffed unit. Some other staffing policies do not work in the favor of the employee.

      - supportive team members - growth opportunities - great benefits - leadership that listens

      Cons

      - extensive onboarding process; that is a lot of boxes that needs to be checked to join Main Line. The start date will be weeks out to ensure onboarding and background check are cleared. Start date will get pushed back if everything doesn't clear on time.

      Pros

      Colleagues and Manager are easy to work with and communicative.

      Cons

      Equipment breaks down all the time halting work flows because the printer/copier is old and outdated. Supplies such as PPE and sanitizing wipes are not easily accessible by staff. Rude attitudes/behavior from RNs and some management outside of my dept.
