      Pros

      Friendly, understanding supervisors that train well and will work with you . Effective team work help each other out when teammates are done with their job.

      Cons

      Pressure to get Rooms done quick and right, especially in this hotel where companies have workers stay for weeks and a lot of extra work like kitchen clean up, more trash, clean grimy sinks and fridge and cooking pad. Requests from long term guests.
