Pros

Time off is good. Good work culture. Colleagues are nice and helpful. Perks and local discounts. Easy and transparent job.

Cons

Work life balance can be rough. Working every other weekend with rotating holidays. Health insurance deductibles can be lower, really wish it would cover everything outside of the company. 403b matches 2%.
