wide range of experience opportunities. Teaching hospital so lots of support for new hires or people moving into new positions. company is involved in the community and has many different branches and locations.

Cons

not great compensation, no bonus's, have to use your own earn time for holiday's the organization is closed, poor management in many areas, reports of staff bullying, "toxic" work environments that are swept under the rug by management.
