Nice benefits overall. Depending on department, supervisors will work with you around time off, breaks etc.

Cons

Can at times treat employees like another cog in the wheel, with revenue being the major driver. Time off can be tricky.

The office was so friendly and welcoming. It felt like a group of best friends together every day. The location is great. It is offsite but still close to in town Waterville. Very convenient

Cons

High turner within the department as a whole. Added a lot of extra stress that could have been avoided. Difficult when short staffed
