management team unable to communicate effectively to control covid outbreak caused by a single employee entering the building. management team unable to provide protocols and procedures to begin use of n95 masks with staff after covid positive employee entered building. management team unwilling to take measures to stop the spread of covid within building.

A lot of opportunity to grow here and stay here if you take advantage of things like tuition reimbursement, continued education funding, etc. Leadership is approachable and genuinely engaged in making MGH the best it can be.

Cons

Very little flexibility in regard to remote work.
